We had a lovely time on the Nile Maxim cruise. The food was good, but small variety, and the entertainment was enjoyable and well organized, adding a great atmosphere to the evening. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience on the Nile.

Great atmosphere and service especially if you want to see live Egyptian night life with folk show and belly dancer. The salad bar is excellent. We order the ribeye steak but it was a bit chewy. The waiters apologized and gave us a complementry fruit platter and coffee.
An amazing evening on the Nile cruise! If you want 100% enjoyment and unforgettable emotions — choose Nile Maxim. Everything was top-notch: the service, the atmosphere, the food, and the entertainment program. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise — the food was truly delicious and varied. I had grilled shrimp, and they were absolutely delightful: juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. And the chocolate cake for dessert was the highlight of the evening — rich, smooth, and simply amazing! The live music added a special charm, creating a cozy and festive mood. And the tanoura and belly dance show — it was true artistry! So colorful, energetic, and mesmerizing. And of course, the views… The night-time Nile, the city lights reflecting on the water — it was breathtakingly beautiful and romantic. Nile Maxim isn’t just a dinner cruise — it’s a whole experience that’s truly worth having. Highly recommended!
The atmosphere is great, the place is amazing and provides you with activities, you can watch the Nile by night, listen to life music, watch some Arab dances and have delicious dinner with a wide wine selection. Definitely will visit it more than once!
Top notch service. Waiters and hall managers were amazing. We arrived early, our table was a widow table but near salad bar service, we asked to change and they kindly accepted. When shows started we discovered we are far away, again we asked if it possible to be squeezed in the middle, again they managed someway or another to fit us inside. Egyption Folklore show ( tannora heritage dance) was out of this world. Appetizers, drinks, and sweets deserve a Michelin star. We orders a ribeye steak as a main course which was a little bit chewy. Managers immediately compensated with fruit platter and complementary drinks. They even offered to replace the whole order, I can’t say enough about their professionalism. Overall an experience that I would never forget in Cairo.
